Caitlin-Rose was born on the 24th May 2005, and died shortly afterwards.
Due to hospital failing us her little life was never to be.
Caitlin-Rose leaves mummy,daddy 3 brothers and 1 sister all heartbroken.
At caitlins inquest the coroner gave a narrative verdict, Caitlin would be here today if someone had done their job right,the hospital accepted liability I'd have preferred someones head.
But more than anything I want Caitlin and that will never be,
all I can do is pray she is with Grandma and Bla-Bla and all the other little angels,
